1887, November 8 - Doc Holliday dies in Glenwood Springs, Colorado where he had been bathing in the sulphur springs to relieve his tuberculosis. Ironically, the treatment he thought would bring him at least relief if not longer life, actually hastened his death.

TOMBSTONE at Twilight - November 22, 2014 - Enjoy an evening of shopping and entertainment in historic Tombstone Arizona! This monthly event takes place the 4th Saturday evening of each month where you can shop, dine and be entertained. Shops will stay open late and there will be gunfights in the streets, featuring the Blood at Dusk Gunfighters. Experience the flash of gunfire in the evening hours. Shopping will get you an extra treat in the form of a raffle ticket. For every purchase you make after 5:00 p.m. you will receive a ticket for one of three raffle prizes during the evening. Lighting of the Luminaries - December 12, 2014 - Start the holiday season off with the annual Lighting of the Luminaries and open house at the Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park on December 12, from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
